What the Education Lab is testing here: which form of staff development works when a group is very mixed in experience, attitude and prior knowledge. So it is about more than publishing material; it is an experiment with pace, format, friction and the conversation about objections.
Why this belongs in GenAI experimentation
The classes show that the lab does not limit GenAI innovation to software. Workshops, training formats and teaching scripts are interventions too, in which hypotheses are tested and sharpened.
